Meet Kristy
A true real estate veteran, Kristy Baugh has been actively involved in the housing industry for over twenty-five years, working to make the dreams of home ownership come true for people of all ages.
Kristy, a Cobb County native, began building her real estate career on a solid foundation – literally. Kristy’s journey through the housing industry began in the early 1990s through the formation of Baugh Homebuilders, Inc., alongside her husband, Charlie. The couple’s passion for real estate has brought their family of three through Cherokee, Cobb, Fannin, and Forsyth, just to name a few.
Kristy launched her career in new home sales with Hutson Realty. She delighted in working alongside a variety of home builders and developers throughout different communities and matching buyers with their dream homes. Before moving her family to Fannin County in May 2000, Kristy was even named Forsyth County’s Rookie of the Year.
After moving to the North Georgia Mountains, Kristy became a real estate broker, Charlie became a licensed Real Estate Agent, and the couple began another aspect of their real estate journey. Kristy began working with Blue Ridge Law, where she was involved with all aspects of real estate law for over fifteen years. This experience allowed Kristy to gain a deeper understanding of real estate and strengthen her network.
Kristy is renowned for her knowledge, proficiency, and determination. Although she has amazing expertise in many aspects of real estate, Kristy believes there is knowledge to be gained daily and won’t let a day go by without learning something new. She will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Kristy joined Nathan Fitts & Team in 2015. She loves working alongside a group that shares her passion. Kristy’s enthusiasm and southern charm ensure that each experience with her is one of a kind!
