One of the key factors to many soon to be homeowners is choosing a lender to obtain financing on their new home or property. Congratulations, this is exciting! If you have not already chosen and pre-qualified with a lender then the quest begins to find the best loan, the best rate and a lender you can trust. Typically, the most competitive home loans are through mortgage brokers while if you’re looking to just finance a lot or land, local banks are the way to go.
